Many years ago a woman, known to me as Granny Graham, was stirring up a recipe for Christmas pudding which was to become famous for it's unique and sumptuous taste.

Unlike most Christmas puddings, Granny Graham's was light, moist and gently spiced; not overpowering or rich.

It was so good that is was served to Lord and Lady Langham of Tempo Manor, where my Great Granny was a cook.

To this day her recipe is followed to the dot, making it a traditional pudding with an untraditional taste.

Now home-made by her great grandson, you can try the pudding for yourself.
