Ingredients: Dark chocolate (52%) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin; natural vanilla flavouring), wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), butter (milk) (11%), crystallised stem ginger (8%) (stem ginger, sugar), sugar, ground ginger, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonte.
